Banned Books Week: Treasure Your Freedom to Read
September 29 through October 6, 2007

Americans of all ages will celebrate the freedom to read during Banned Books Week. Libraries and bookstores across the country will honor that freedom with displays, activities, and readings of books that have been banned or challenged at some time in history.
