YouTube Contest Entry Form
Contest Rules and Information
- All videos and entry forms must be submitted by Friday, October 9, 2009.
- Videos should reflect the 2009 Teen Read Week theme Beyond Reality! and be inspired by a favorite book.
- Videos must be original works and be 1 to 5 minutes in length.
- Videos may not contain inappropriate content.
- Videos will be judged based on quality, creativity, and originality.
- All teens in grades 7 thru 12 who are Skokie residents or attend a Skokie school are eligible to participate in the contest.
- Prizes will be awarded to the best entries.
How to Submit Your Video
Upload your video to YouTube.com and tag it with splteenreadweek2009.
or....
Burn an .avi or .mpg file to a DVD and submit it to the Readers Services Desk. (Your video will be uploaded to YouTube.com by the Library.)
