When a blast of cold hits Cincinnati, the public library goes from being a safe haven for people experiencing homelessness to a potential war zone.

Those who have no place to avoid the cold stage a sit-in in the library, where they are tended by members of the library's staff. Starring an ensemble cast, including Alec Baldwin, Emilio Estevez, Jena Malone, Christian Slater, Gabrielle Williams, and Jeffrey Wright.
