Program Description

Event Details

Create a personalized spinner wheel that includes self-care activities in different categories. Reflect on what makes you feel good and take home your very own spinner wheel and card deck. 

The workshop will be led by Heather Kendall from NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Cook County North Suburban. Email the teen team if you have any questions. 

Participants will earn service hours. Fill out this contact form to be added to our list of interested teen volunteers and be one of the first to know about teen volunteering opportunities.
