Dolphin Tale
Inspired by a true story, this movie follows a young dolphin named Winter, who is critically injured in a crab trap, and the lonely 11-year-old boy named Sawyer who finds her. When her tail must be amputated and her survival is uncertain, Sawyer rallies the community—including a leading biologist and prosthetist—to create a prosthetic tail for his new aquatic friend.
Starring Harry Connick Jr., Ashley Judd, Nathan Gamble, Kris Kristofferson, Frances Sternhagen, Morgan Freeman; with "Winter" as herself.
