Little Forest

Hye-won is studying at a university in Seoul but fails an important exam and is struggling with city life. She returns to her rural home to decide her next steps. 

Filmmaker Yim Soon-rye follows the main character through four seasons as she reconnects with two childhood friends and remembers preparing meals with her mother, eventually finding comfort through nature, food, and friendship to better understand her mother and forge her own path in life.

Starring Kim Tae-ri, Moon So-Ri, Ryu Jun-Yeol, and Jin Ki-joo.
