Learn how to create a self-care kit with NAMI! There is a lot in life that we can’t control, but how we take care of our mental health is still up to us. Join NAMI CCNS as we uncover ways to cope with our mental health using our five senses. NAMI will cover how to create your own self-care kit at home with supplies around the house as well as how to use those objects to self-soothe during rough days. When we put our mental health first, other aspects of our life may seem less daunting.
This is a hybrid event with an option to participate on Zoom. Online participants will receive the Zoom link in their confirmation email.
