Event Details
Pianist Stuart Rajpal is a sophomore at New Trier Township High School. He studies piano with Andrea Schneider and has also played violin. Stuart was selected to attend Luzerne Music Camp 2025 and received top honors in the 2025 Midwest Keyboard Performers Challenge and Music Institute of Chicago Sonata Festival. Outside of music, he enjoys archery, Dungeons and Dragons, and playing video games.
Ingrid Updegraff, violinist, is a freshman at New Trier Township High School. She studies violin with Davis King and was soloist in the 2024 with Midwest Young Artists Concert Orchestra (first movement of Haydn Violin Concerto in G Major) and with Northeastern Illinois University Orchestra (first movement of Mozart Violin Concerto in G Major). She was also the first place winner and was awarded the best interpretation of Korean composition prize in the 2024 Sejong Music Competition. Ingrid also enjoys crochet and learning Mandarin.
Free tickets will be given to those present starting at 2:30 pm.
