Local author Shifa Saltagi Safadi will discuss the history and importance of World Hijab Day, followed by a reading from one of her books and a Q&A session. 

Unleash your creativity and show off your brick building skills by completing a Lego challenge. Finish the challenge yourself or with a friend and then stick around for some free-building time. 

Kids in PreK-grad 2 and their grown-ups experience a story, songs, rhymes, and a game while working on important preschool skills like letter sounds and social-emotional learning.
