Families and individuals who need a quiet, uncrowded environment are invited to use the library before we open. Explore the Kids Room, Teen Room, Studio, and materials on the first floor.

Enjoy a fun all-ages storytime. For children with accompanying adults.

Transform ordinary cardboard and boxes into extraordinary creations inspired by your favorite books. 

Listen to a story and then bring it to life with cardboard and your own two hands!  

Explore some of the books on our Breezy Reads list through read-alouds and activities and enjoy a variety of flavors of bubble tea and boba. 

Kids younger than eight must have an adult in the library during the event.  

Chat about some of this year's Cool Reads and then dig into your artistic side with creative writing exercises. Kids in grade 3-6 attend on their own. 

This drop-in playgroup is for babies age 0 to 23 months. Babies can play with developmentally appropriate toys while their grown-ups socialize with other parents and caregivers.

Let's celebrate America's 250th birthday with two of our favorite things: the Who Was...? series of children's biographies and bingo. Designed for kids in grade K-5 with a grown-up.
