Event Details
Monarch butterflies play an important role as pollinators, and their populations are in trouble. Teen volunteers will learn about them and teach others, too.
Tend our native garden patch, observe monarch eggs and caterpillars, and talk with other library patrons about your observations and how we can all support monarchs. Data will be submitted to the Monarch Larva Monitoring Project.
All participants receive service hours as part of Teen Summer Service. All participants receive service hours as part of Teen Summer Service. Fill out this contact form to be added to our list of interested teen volunteers and be one of the first to know about volunteer opportunities.
