Paint your own flower pot while learning about taking care of flowers and plants. We'll provide the supplies. You bring creativity and be prepared to get messy!

Children and their grown-ups participate together in this storytime with books, music, and more.

Families and individuals who need a quiet, uncrowded environment are invited to use the library before we open. Explore the Kids Room, Teen Room, Studio, and materials on the first floor.

Learn how to do something new! We will have tables set up around the library with staff and volunteer experts sharing inspiration, knowledge, and creations. 

Need one-on-one tech help? Library staff can help during brief drop-in sessions. Bring your personal device or use a library Chromebook for computer, internet, and technology help.

In this special storytime, we'll read books featuring neurodiverse characters, use a supportive schedule, and have support tools available for participants.

An English/Urdu-speaking resource navigator with Hamdard Health Alliance will be available for people to drop in to get assistance in determining their eligibility for government benefits and applying for services as appropriate.  

This inclusive playgroup is for children younger than six who receive or are considering therapy services. Children play while families meet and find support.

Siblings are welcome. Free tickets will be given to all who attend.

Small Things Like These

Enjoy this time to bond with your baby and meet other caregivers. We will introduce babies to the joys of movement, books, and song, and begin to build their early learning skills. Come prepared to sit with your baby on your lap.
