Decorate a seed marker to use in your garden. Materials will be provided. You will also get a chance to see the new library seed cart and learn more about this service.

Enjoy this time to bond with your baby and meet other caregivers. We will introduce babies to the joys of movement, books, and song, and begin to build their early learning skills. Come prepared to sit with your baby on your lap.

Enjoy fun stories, rhymes, and songs to build a love of books and reading.

This storytime is for toddlers age 12-23 months with an adult. Space is limited. Tickets will be distributed to those present starting at 10:00 am.

Talk with other members of the community. Tutors from Niles Township Schools' ELL Parent Center will help with conversations and answer questions. 

Free tickets will be given to those who attend.

Need one-on-one tech help? Library staff can help during brief drop-in sessions. Bring your personal device or use a library Chromebook for computer, internet, and technology help.

Kids in PreK-grade 2 and their grown-ups experience a story, songs, rhymes, and a game while working on important preschool skills like letter sounds and social-emotional learning.

Need help learning to use resources in the library's makerspace? Staff can help during brief drop-in sessions as you learn to use one of the machines or specific software, or they can provide help with a specific project. 

Experience different countries through snacks. Each month we'll be getting a mystery box of snacks from another country. Do a taste test to see what you like best, learn some fun facts about the country, and have fun!
